Shipping and payment

Delivery area and address
Kaumaster delivers to the approved business address stored in the B2B customer account. Delivery outside Germany is possible where Kaumaster accepts the destination for the specific order. A country appearing in a form does not by itself create an entitlement to delivery.
Carrier
Parcels are normally sent by DHL. Kaumaster may use another suitable carrier where needed for safe or economical delivery. Freight, pallet and special transport are agreed separately before contract acceptance.
Shipping costs
Standard DHL shipping currently costs €6.20 net for each parcel actually required, plus statutory VAT. The final number of parcels can only be determined after safe packing, based on weight, volume, the product combination and carrier rules. Kaumaster will not use more parcels than required for safe and compliant transport. The final shipping amount therefore appears on the invoice.
The rate displayed in the checkout when the order is placed applies. If size, weight, destination or transport rules require another shipping method, Kaumaster informs the customer before accepting the order.
Delivery times
Products in stock are dispatched after order acceptance and processing. Delivery within Germany usually takes 1–2 working days. Products procured after the order is received are normally ready in about two weeks. Product-specific information or an order confirmation takes precedence. With prepayment, dispatch starts only after full payment has been received.
Partial deliveries
A partial delivery may be made where reasonable for the customer. Extra shipping caused by a split initiated by Kaumaster is charged only after prior agreement.
Payment methods
The payment method approved for the customer account appears in the checkout.
- Prepayment: The invoice with final shipping is sent after packing. Goods are dispatched after full payment.
- Purchase on account: The payment deadline and bank details appear on the invoice. Payment is due without deduction by the stated date.
Transport damage
Please inspect the parcel for visible damage on delivery. Where possible, ask the carrier to document damaged packaging and report the issue promptly with the order number, photographs and a short description to info@kaumaster.de. Your statutory rights are not affected.
