Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you designate who is not the carrier, receives the last item.

To exercise this right, inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by email or post:

You may use the model withdrawal form, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. We do not refund any extra cost if you chose a more expensive delivery method.

We will use the same payment method as for the original transaction unless we expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

You must send or hand back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us you are withdrawing. You meet the deadline if you dispatch them before those 14 days expire.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If you have a justified complaint about incorrect or defective goods, we bear the necessary return cost.

You are responsible for any loss in value only if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Returns and complaints

Please pack the goods carefully for return. Your order number helps us identify them. Prior authorisation and the original packaging are not requirements for exercising your statutory withdrawal right.
