Standard shipping within Germany is free from 50,00 € of goods value including VAT, after discounts. Below that, a standard parcel costs 4,99 € including VAT. You will see the shipping cost before paying.

Shipping to other EU countries

Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Denmark, Greece, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Luxembourg

€15.99 shipping including VAT per order. The minimum order is €50.00 including VAT after discounts. Special territories are not available at checkout. Free shipping from €50.00 applies only in Germany.

Delivery times

Current stock and delivery time are shown on each product page. In-stock items and items ordered from a supplier may have different delivery times.

If items with different delivery times ship together, the longest delivery time applies. We will agree on any split delivery with you first.

Delivery on Sundays or public holidays is not guaranteed.

At checkout you will see the PayPal payment methods available for your order. Payment is completed only after you confirm it.

Bank transfer in advance

Transfer directly to our bank account. After ordering, you will receive the account holder, IBAN, amount and order number on screen and by email. Please pay within 3 banking days. We ship after payment arrives. For bank transfers, the stated delivery time begins when payment arrives.

About necessary storage

Provider: Kaumaster. Session and security cookies support the shop functions you request. Your choice is stored under kaumaster.cookie-consent.v6 with its date and version in your browser for 180 days. If storage fails, a technically necessary rejection cookie can prevent an older consent from taking effect again.

Legal bases: Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR, depending on the purpose. Payment services offered at checkout are loaded to process payments, not through the optional analytics services listed here.

Kaumaster also counts shop visits, product interest, bone offers, basket and checkout as daily totals on its own servers in Germany. These statistics store no IP address, name or visitor ID. Each step is counted once per shop session and day. Google Analytics 4 measures visits, product and cart views, cart changes, checkout steps and confirmed purchases. We send product details, pack sizes, quantities, values, the payment method category and an order identifier for purchases. We do not send names, addresses or payment credentials. Sign-in, account and admin pages are excluded.

Microsoft Clarity shows us clicks, scrolling and session recordings, including in the cart and at checkout. Contact and address areas, forms and payment content are masked. Account pages, order documents, sign-in and admin pages are excluded.

Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. Interactions, device and connection data, and pseudonymous identifiers are processed. _clck associates visits; _clsk links page views in one session.

Storage periods: _clck for up to one year, _clsk for up to one day, and _cltk in session storage until the tab is closed. When our 180-day consent expires, we remove this storage on the next page view unless you consent again.
