Terms for consumers
1. Scope and seller
These terms apply to orders by consumers in the Kaumaster online shop. A consumer is a natural person purchasing mainly for purposes outside their trade or independent profession.
Your contracting party is:
Kaumaster, Redas KlerauskasAm Beckers Busch 2
42799 Leichlingen
Germany
info@kaumaster.de
2. Account and order
You can order as a guest or with an account. An account is optional. If you request a new account during checkout, you will receive an email to confirm your address after placing your order. Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details.
Select the product, available pack size and quantity. In the basket, you can change quantities or remove products. Before placing the order, check the items, address and total price including shipping.
Product listings are not binding offers. By confirming payment with PayPal or clicking the button to place an order with an obligation to pay by bank transfer, you make a binding offer to buy the displayed products at the stated total price. PayPal charges your chosen payment method once you authorise the payment. The automatic order confirmation records receipt of the order and its payment status; it does not yet mean that we have accepted your offer.
The contract is concluded when we expressly accept your order or dispatch the goods. If we do not accept, we refund any captured payment to the original payment method.
3. Prices and shipping
Consumer prices are final euro prices including statutory VAT. The displayed price of the selected pack size applies. The price per kilogram helps you compare products.
Shipping is charged as shown under Shipping & payment. Available delivery countries, shipping charges and minimum order values are listed under Shipping & payment. The delivery address determines the tariff. Checkout checks the destination before payment.
Standard delivery within Germany is free from €50.00 in product value including VAT after discounts.
4. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. If you pay through PayPal, PayPal displays the options available for your purchase. An order can only be completed with a payment method actually offered at checkout.
For payment in advance by bank transfer, you receive our bank details, amount and payment reference after ordering and by email. Please transfer the amount within three banking days. We dispatch once payment is received; the stated delivery period for advance payments starts on receipt of payment.
Do not include payment details in product reviews or customer-service messages.
5. Delivery and availability
The delivery time shown for a product applies to that product. In-stock and specially sourced items may have different lead times. We will inform you of delays. We will not substitute another product without your consent if an item becomes unexpectedly unavailable.
We bear the shipping risk until the goods are handed to you or a person authorised by you, unless the law provides otherwise. Please tell us about visible transport damage. Your statutory rights remain even if you do not report it.
6. Withdrawal and defects
Read the withdrawal instructions for your statutory right. You may use the model withdrawal form, but you do not have to.
Statutory rights for defective goods apply. Contact us about an incorrect, damaged or defective delivery. A photo and your order number help us investigate but are not additional conditions for your statutory claims.
7. Retention of title and contract language
The delivered goods remain our property until paid for in full. The contract language is German. Before submitting an order, you can save the order summary and these terms using your browser's print function.
With the email order confirmation, you receive copies of the consumer terms and withdrawal instructions that applied when you ordered, as PDF files.
